Service Manager

Service Manager (mechanic workshop).

To round out our team, we are looking for a Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operations in the mechanical workshop, including managing the team of technical advisors, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers. Among other things, you will be responsible for ensuring the department’s profitability, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Specifically:

    • Optimize operations under your responsibility while maintaining high standards of customer service;
    • Understand and apply the terms and conditions of warranties and manufacturer policies;
    • Ensure customer retention, develop strategies to attract new customers, and address customer satisfaction complaints;
    • Hire, train, supervise, and motivate the staff under your responsibility;
    • Ensure workplace health and safety.

Job Requirements:

    • Essential experience as a manager of a mechanical workshop;
    • Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to motivate others;
    • Knowledge of Serti and Merlin software is a significant asset;
    • Positive attitude.
