Financial & Insurance Manager

Financial & Insurance Manager - Deschamps Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC.

The candidate will advise and meet customers’ needs regarding financing, life and/or health insurance, and other automotive-related products, while ensuring a customer experience that meets Deschamps Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC’s standards.

The team consists of two people.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Processing financing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
    • Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with various financing sources, including manufacturers and their financial subsidiaries;
    • Advise customers on financing, life and health insurance, various types of coverage, and extended warranties;
    • Ensure the collection of all financing and insurance fees;
    • Process all credit applications;
    • Understand and comply with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing financial services for used cars.
