Internet Agent (BDC)

BDC Agent – potential of over $65,000 per year.

The BDC Agent is part of Groupe Couture’s BDC team based at Kia Sainte-Julie and works closely with the sales teams.

Groupe Couture consists of 17 car dealerships in Quebec.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for:

- Serving as the first point of virtual contact for customers regarding leads, text messages, and emails (using the ACTIVIX CRM tool);
- Entering information into our database (CRM) and properly tracking the status of potential customers;
- Explaining our services virtually and/or by phone, and gathering the necessary information to open a file and schedule appointments for sales advisors;
- Conducting post-sale follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction;
- Seek out new sales opportunities through our CRM and other sales systems;
- Support the sales management team with new opportunities;
- Perform all other tasks related to the BDC department.

The schedule may end at 8:00 PM and include weekends as needed.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role or related field in customer service;
- A winning attitude, a track record of performance, and a desire to advance will be considered assets;
- Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is a strong asset;
- Knowledge of customer management tools (Activix is a significant asset);
- Customer service-oriented.
