Are you a motivated, organized, and professional individual looking for a new challenge?
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greeting customers;
- Scheduling appointments for estimates and repairs;
- Opening and closing claims files;
- Preparing documents to be given to the customer;
– Open and close work orders;
– Prepare rental contracts and keep the list of rental cars up to date;
- Work closely with the estimator;
- Perform various tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
Here are the requirements for this position:
- Relevant experience in an auto repair shop;
- Knowledge of industry-standard software is a significant asset;
