Job description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Service Manager to lead our after-sales service department. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and enhancing the department’s overall performance. The service manager reports to the general manager of service.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise technical advisors, appointment coordinators, and valets;
- Implement effective strategies to increase sales (billable hours, recommended maintenance, cross-selling);
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from scheduling appointments to vehicle delivery;
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans;
- Mentor, motivate, and develop the team;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and proactively manage complaints.
Desired profile:
- Significant management experience in an automotive dealership (after-sales service);
- Strong sales and business development skills;
- Excellent customer service and customer experience management skills;
- Inspirational leadership and the ability to meet and exceed goals;
- Personnel management and development;
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Serti/Keyloops and Microsoft Office.
