Job description
As part of your duties, you will work directly with our administrative and after-sales service teams on a wide variety of tasks in a friendly, supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
More specifically:
• Assist with welcoming customers in our showroom and service area;
• Help answer calls during peak times, redirect them, and take messages as needed;
• Collaborate with the accounting department on various administrative tasks;
• Draft various types of administrative reports;
• Perform data entry;
• Tasks may also evolve based on the individual’s interests and skills.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor;
• Welcoming and outgoing personality, with a friendly tone of voice;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work independently;
• Team player;
• Bilingualism is a plus.
