LG Group is currently looking for a Liaison Officer who is focused on customer service to fill a permanent full-time position for the Varennes Branch.

- Full-time position (40 hours per week only: no weekends, no evenings and no overtime!)
- Salary of more than $20 per hour based on experience.
The Liaison Officer will have the following responsibilities:
- Greeting customers;
- Opening files;
- Following-up on insurance files;
- Scheduling appointments for estimates and repairs;
- Handling incoming calls;
- Billing clients;
- Carrying out office tasks (scanning and filing documents).
Qualifications required of a good Liaison Officer:
- Good customer service;
- Initiative, multitasking skills and good priority management ability (very important);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Available for a 40-hour-per-week daytime position between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., from Monday through Thursday and Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
