Job description
HGrégoire Toyota Brossard is seeking a New Vehicles Sales Manager with experience in the automotive industry and strong leadership and motivational skills, who is dedicated to improving the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer retention and growth;
- Set aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for each sales consultant;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing automotive retail sales;
- Stay up to date on new product developments, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
- Approve transactions;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Develop improvement programs for sales consultants who are struggling to meet their targets;
- Ensure the branch’s profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Significant experience in personnel management;
- Excellent knowledge of auto financing and after-sales service;
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Fluent in both French and English;
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
