Job description

General Sales Manager – performance and coaching (confidential position) – rapidly growing dealership with a young, ambitious team and high-stakes goals.

We are seeking a strong, organized, and results-driven leader capable of managing and driving the performance of a sales team on a daily basis. You will work directly with the General Manager to take the organization to the next level.

The role:

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will be on the front lines, actively involved in the action, and play a key role in structuring, managing, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

- Daily supervision of managers and sales representatives;
- Active coaching (one-on-one, role-playing, on-the-job support);
- Implementation and adherence to a rigorous sales process;
- Participation in transactions (desking, deal structuring, strategic support);
- Performance tracking (closings, profit, activities) and implementation of concrete actions;
- File management and attention to detail;
- Development of a culture of discipline, accountability, and results;
- Ensuring consistent performance, even in the absence of the General Manager.
