HGrégoire Toyota Brossard is currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to motivate and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Help sales consultants close deals;
- Participate in training new sales consultants;
- Help identify the sales team’s training needs;
- Write reports on the progress made by trainees or new sales consultants during their training and probation periods;
- Assist the sales manager in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for each sales consultant;
- Collaborate on the design of improvement programs for sales consultants who are struggling to meet their goals;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Approve transactions at the request of your supervisor;
- Stay up to date on new product developments, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
- Fill in for the Sales Manager when absent;
- Maintain a customer development system;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.
- Prioritize transactions and close deals;
- Follow up with salespeople.
Desired profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingual in French and English to communicate with our English-speaking customers.
- Management experience in the automotive industry;
