Working conditions:

- Job type: full-time;
- Workplace: onsite;
- Schedule: day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers in accordance with company standards;
- Provide detailed presentations of vehicles and recommend products tailored to customers’ needs and expectations;
- Answer questions professionally and reassure customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingualism (French-English), both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers as well as our significant unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Energy and persuasiveness;
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Residence in Canada.
