Parts Clerk

Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi, a member of the prestigious Groupe Saint-Léonard, is looking for a dynamic and reliable Parts Clerk to join its team. If you are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working with computers, this opportunity is for you.

Main responsibilities (duties):

The Parts Clerk plays an essential role in the smooth operation of the dealership. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting customers (in person or by phone) and assisting them in selecting and locating parts.
- Identifying required parts using catalogs, manuals, or computerized systems.
- Processing parts orders, including preparing purchase orders, verifying prices, and invoicing.
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing delivered parts.
- Maintaining up-to-date parts inventory and conducting periodic counts.
- Preparing and shipping parts to customers or branches, as needed.
- Working closely with the shop team to provide parts needed for repairs.
- Keep the parts department clean and well-organized.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Computer skills to master various computerized inventory management systems
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical diagrams
- Speed in execution, organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (parts department, parts retail, or technical customer service).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a plus.
