Yard Attendant

Position: Yard Attendant at Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi - Saint-Léonard Group.

Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi, a member of the prestigious Saint-Léonard Group, is looking for a dynamic and reliable Yard Attendant to join its team. If you are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working outdoors, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities (Duties)

The Yard Attendant plays an essential role in the smooth operation of the dealership. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Receiving and inspecting vehicles:

- Receiving vehicles from the manufacturer and performing visual inspections;
- Reporting damage on vehicles to ensure they are restored to saleable condition.

Inventory management and organization:

- Parking vehicles in the lot according to criteria established by the dealership (space management);
- Ensure accurate control over the entire vehicle inventory (movement, tracking).

Vehicle preparation and maintenance:

- Ensure that electric vehicles outside and in the showroom are charged;
- Fill up new vehicles with gas (on-site fuel station);
- Prepare the vehicle for delivery according to management’s needs and instructions.

Team support and miscellaneous tasks:

- Assist sales consultants and the service team with quick vehicle relocations or other logistical tasks.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Be in good physical condition and able to work standing up and outdoors in various weather conditions;
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team with the group’s various dealerships;
- Demonstrate independence, versatility, and strong organizational skills;
- Be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented;
- Previous experience in a similar role (car dealership, car rental) is a plus;
- Fluent in French (spoken); knowledge of English is a plus;
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license (a clean driving record is required).
