Parts Clerk - full-time - $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Valleyfield Toyota is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its dynamic and professional team. If you enjoy customer service and the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet, assist, and advise customers;
- Promote sale items and new products;
- Sell parts at the counter, over the phone, and in the workshop;
- Prepare orders and hand parts over to customers;
- Process invoices;
- Contact customers upon receipt of ordered parts;
- Manage and organize inventory;
- Store parts in their proper locations;
- Prepare shipments and ensure their delivery;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area;
- Verify returned parts and process credits.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of SERTI software;
- Strong customer service skills and a team player;
- Organized and detail-oriented.
