Job description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk to ensure the efficient management of parts and inventory. The person will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by working closely with the production team.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage parts orders, receiving, and storage;
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory;
- Collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure parts availability;
- Process returns and follow up with suppliers;
- Help ensure vehicle delivery deadlines are met;
- Optimize costs and profitability (supplier discounts, inventory management);
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in automotive parts management;
- Experience in auto body repairs (a plus);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Self-reliance and team spirit;
- Excellent customer service and effective communication;
- Knowledge of computer tools / software;
- Valid driver’s licence.
Working conditions:
- Ability to lift loads (up to 80 lbs);
- Fast-paced environment (workshop).
