Parts Clerk

Mobilicab Inc., a recognized leader in the distribution of high-quality golf carts and utility vehicles, is looking for a motivated and organized parts clerk to join our Acton Vale branch.

Your main responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, sort, and organize parts and supplies with precision;
- Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and clearly labeled warehouse;
- Prepare and ship parts orders quickly and accurately;
- Manage inventory in real time (receipts, issues, adjustments) and ensure proactive restocking;
- Support technicians by efficiently supplying service units and field service calls;
- Order parts required for vehicle repairs and reconditioning;
- Identify and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies upon receipt (DSI);
- Maintain a clean, safe, and optimized work environment;
- Actively collaborate with the parts and service teams.

Desired profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, parts management, logistics, or a similar role;
- Experience in warehousing, parts management, or a similar role (a significant asset);
- Excellent organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail;
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency with computerized inventory and order management systems;
- Ability to handle loads safely;
- Independence, thoroughness, and excellent sense of priorities;
- Bilingualism (French-English) is considered a major asset.
