Description of daily tasks: your responsibilities, your path to success:
- Receive, inspect, and store automotive parts;
- Manage parts inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet the needs of technicians and customers;
- Advise internal and external customers on the parts needed for repairs and maintenance;
- Place parts orders with suppliers and track deliveries;
- Maintain up-to-date records and logs of incoming and outgoing parts;
- Ensure the parts warehouse is organized efficiently to facilitate access and searching;
- Collaborate with technicians and the after-sales service team to ensure parts are available when needed;
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and efficiently to parts requests.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in parts management within the automotive industry;
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills;
- Customer-focused: exceptional customer service, with attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Technical knowledge: good understanding of automotive parts and their functions;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, results-oriented and committed to excellence, willing to share ideas, even the most daring ones;
- Perseverance: not giving up easily and persevering in the face of difficulties;
- Rigor: highly organized, precise, and accurate;
- Technical skills: excellent command of French (written and spoken) and a solid foundation in computer skills.
