What We're Looking For We need a motivated Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at working on a large customer-focused team. Key Requirements
 

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Service Advisor experience would be an asset however we are willing to develop and mentor the right candidates to be successful in this role
  • Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
  • Valid BC Drivers License is required
  • Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
  • Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge

Work Conditions 
 

  • Sales environment with professional dress code
  • Some outdoor work required in the furtherance of maintenance service
  • Retail store hours with weekend work required
  • Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
