Delivery Coordinator

Saint-Jérôme Mitsubishi is looking for a Delivery Coordinator.

We are part of a dealer group. This allows us to have access to high technology and specialized resources such as

- Human resources department;
- Phone center;
- Warranty claims specialist;
- Senior Accountant;
- This also allows for benchmarking on a regular basis with other dealerships of the same brand.

Job Duties :

- Ensure vehicle is ready for delivery;
- Make the delivery of the vehicle;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Make the presentation of the technological functioning of the vehicle;
- Take a picture with the customers at the delivery to put on Facebook;
- Be in control of the CSI and Google reviews.

Requirements :

- Ease with people;
- Good capacity of autonomy;
- Valid driver's license;
- Ability to learn;
- Autonomous and responsible.
