New Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

Here's what we'd like to offer:

Main responsibilities:

- Meet with customers to complete paperwork when they take possession of their new vehicle;
- Answer customer questions;
- Give our customers a "wow" experience;
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Financing team;
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM;
- Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:

- Very comfortable in a computerized environment;
- Focused on teamwork;
- Fluent written and spoken French;
- Bilingual (an asset).

- Good management of priorities and able to work under pressure;
- Rigorous work ethic;
- Organized.

Schedule and conditions:

- Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday + possibility of working 1 or 2 evenings depending on delivery traffic (based on 40 hours);
- Salary range from $21 to $25 per hour.
