Vehicles Delivery Attendant

We are looking for a Vehicles Delivery Attendant.

Job duties and responsibilities:

This position oversees the preparation of any sold vehicle for delivery and ensures that all selected options have been installed and that all features are fully functional.

In addition, the position ensures that customers are aware of their warranty details, maintenance schedule and proper use of vehicle features and informs customers of dealership hours and location of parts and service department and parking areas.

The candidate is also responsible for the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), sending courtesy emails, following-up on dealership visits, etc.

Requirements:

- Neat and professional presentation;
- Experience in the field.
