BDC Agent - Sales

Brossard Mitsubishi is now looking for an experienced BDC Agent to join our new and pre-owned vehicle sales team.

Summary of duties:

- Greet customers at the dealership;
- Act as the customer's gateway for leads of all kinds;
- Follow up adequately on the status of potential customers;
- Respond to customer e-mail inquiries;
- Convert a lead into a physical appointment at the dealership.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and good knowledge of various computer tools;
- Organizational skills and autonomy;
- Winning attitude, high performance and willingness to move forward (an asset);
- Knowledge of management tools and products (an asset);
- Bilingualism;
- Multi-tasking skills and good stress management;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
