New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Due to our growth, Blainville Mitsubishi is looking for a candidate to fill a New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant position.

We are fortunate to have experienced people on site to help newcomers grow and develop within the company. Also, our manufacturer, Mitsubishi, offers training in order to properly supervise our teams. Employees have access to entertainment areas during breaks or after work. It is always a pleasure to help employees in their daily challenges when they give their best for the company.

Here are the tasks to be performed:

- Greet customers, establish a relationship of trust and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Identify customer needs in order to direct them to the right product;
- Describe any optional equipment with ease;
- Offer test drives;
- Explain the terms and conditions related to long-term leasing versus financing according to the customer's needs;
- Follow up with customers.

Required skills:

- Sense of responsibility and organization;
- Initiative, judgment and autonomy;
- Management of priorities, flexibility and adaptability;
- Professional behaviour and in keeping with the employer's image;
- Ability to work in a team.

Requirements :

- Experience in automotive sales (required);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Bilingualism.
