Experienced Service Advisor

We're expanding and need a Service Advisor with cutting-edge knowledge.

- Warranty claims specialist;
- Appointment center;

- Senior Accountant.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as a liaison between the Mechanical Department and the customer.

Main duties:

- Welcome customers to the service department, take charge of customer requests, analyze their needs and advise them on manufacturer-recommended maintenance or repairs to be carried out;
- Respond promptly to customer telephone inquiries;
- Take charge of opening repair orders internally;
- Coordinate all operations with the mechanical workshop, to ensure that each request is clear and that the task is completed within the requested time;
- Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair interventions, close repair orders and explain the invoice to the customer;
- Respond to the needs of technicians and customers regarding the parts department;
- Perform all other related job tasks.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Serti (an asset);
- Knowledge of English;
- Excellent command of the French language.

- Excellent ability to manage priorities;
- Interpersonal and persuasive skills to achieve sales results;
