Delivery Coordinator

Volkswagen Grenier is looking for a Delivery Specialist to join their team!

As part of your role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering their vehicle professionally and performing various support functions as requested by your superior:

- Customer satisfaction follow-up
- Handle disbursements
- Supervise vehicle preparation for delivery, ensuring chosen options are installed correctly and all features are fully functional (tinted windows, markings, floor mats, etc.)
- Ensure items requiring installation are scheduled
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, etc.)
- Coordinate delivery; collect due amounts upon delivery, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce clients to appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and technical advisor
- Conduct the delivery, explain all car features to the customer including manufacturer warranty, dealership services, customer satisfaction survey
- Promptly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager
- Actively participate in owner follow-up and retention programs to enhance customer loyalty
- Actively participate in various customer service-related initiatives
- Support sales managers as needed
- Perform other tasks as required and directed by management.


The ideal candidate presents themselves professionally with a neat appearance and has a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Salary: Starting from $60,000 per year
