New Vehicles Sales Representative

Employment type:

- Permanent, full-time position;
- Onsite work.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival at the dealership and provide a personalized customer experience that meets company standards;
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending vehicles and products that best suit their expectations;
- Present the features of available vehicles in detail to guide customers through the purchasing process;
- Respond to customer questions professionally and accurately, providing clear, complete and reassuring information;
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a safe, informative and enjoyable experience;
- Provide regular, high-quality customer follow-ups to maintain a high level of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales is required;
- Intermediate to advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with unilingual French-speaking and English-speaking customers;
- Dynamic, motivated and equipped with excellent persuasion skills;
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding, professional customer service;
- Valid driver's licence.
