We're looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our new vehicle department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a high-volume environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

- Approximately 420 new vehicle deliveries per year, with support from a sales and delivery secretary;

We're looking for an experienced, independent, organized and results-driven professional.

Required qualifications:

- Experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) at a new vehicle dealership;
- Excellent knowledge of financing, leasing and protection products;
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of transactions;
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, compliance and proper file management.

Assets:

- Knowledge of One-Eighty and RouteOne platforms;
- Experience with the Mazda brand.
