A well-established automotive dealership group located on the South Shore of Montreal is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager (F&I) to join its team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record of strong performance and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Present and sell financing products, extended warranties, and additional protection plans.
- Maximize profitability on every transaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of financing agreements.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve established performance objectives.
- Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership is mandatory.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and profitability.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing products and extended warranties.
- Strong organizational skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
