Daily responsibilities:

- Clearly and professionally present and explain financing and insurance options to customers;
- Help customers select the financing and insurance products that best suit their needs and budget;
- Prepare and review all financial and sales documents to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to financing and insurance;
- Negotiate financing terms with banks and financial institutions to secure the best possible conditions for customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers;
- Provide ongoing training to Sales Advisors on financing and insurance products;
- Monitor and analyze F&I Department performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ideal candidate:

- Significant experience in automotive financing and insurance;
- Completion of the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) course;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive approach and strong attention to customer needs;
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective action plans;
- Ambition: Eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, and willing to share ideas, even the boldest ones;
- Perseverance: Determined to overcome challenges and never give up easily;
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized, precise and accurate;
- Technical Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken French, along with good computer skills.
