Sales Representative - New and Pre-Owned Vehicles

Groupe Leclair is looking for a motivated, results-driven and customer-focused New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative to join its growing Lachute Subaru dealership!

We're closer than you think! Located just 30 minutes from Saint-Jérôme and 20 minutes from Hawkesbury, Ontario, Lachute Subaru is easily accessible. It's worth the drive!

By joining our team, you'll work in an environment where collaboration, teamwork and knowledge sharing are at the heart of our daily operations. You'll play a key role in the dealership's success by providing an excellent customer experience and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will guide customers through the purchase or lease of new and pre-owned vehicles, from the initial greeting to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for customer follow-ups using our CRM system and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

As part of our small team, teamwork and versatility are essential! You will also participate in daily dealership operations, including inspecting vehicles upon arrival, preparing vehicle window stickers, clearing snow from the lot and assisting with vehicle deliveries when needed.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Friday, with only two evenings per week until 7:00 PM;
- Enjoy every Saturday off!

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, organized and hardworking individual who values excellent customer service and enjoys working as part of a team.

Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Comfortable using computer systems and tools;
- Experience with the Subaru brand (an asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English (approximately 40% of our customers are English-speaking).
