Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries about automotive parts and accessories, both over the phone and at the Parts counter;
- Help customers select the parts and accessories that best meet their needs;
- Supply workshop technicians with the parts required for vehicle repairs;
- Enter, submit and follow up on parts orders;
- Receive and inspect incoming orders;
- Stock parts and maintain an organized inventory;
- Prepare customer estimates in collaboration with Service Advisors;
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Sales and Consulting for Motorized Equipment Parts (an asset);
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and handle parts of various weights;
- Comfortable using computer systems;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or any equivalent experience.

Additional Information:

- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM;
- Competitive salary based on experience.
