Service Advisor

Groupe Leclair is looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry to join the Honda de Blainville team as a Service Advisor.

In this key after-sales service role, you will assist customers throughout their service experience by providing a professional, personalized and pressure-free approach.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and gather information regarding their vehicle needs or concerns;
- Clearly explain required work, recommendations and associated costs;
- Manage maintenance and repair appointments and follow up on work in progress;
- Recommend additional services based on customer needs;
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labour and parts;
- Follow up on requests received by phone and email through to completion;
- Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate repairs and meet deadlines;
- Stay informed about products, accessories and promotions to provide high-quality service.

Profile we are looking for:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Honda is considered an asset;
- Versatile, personable and punctual;
- Valid driver’s licence.

Working conditions:

- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.;
- Base salary plus performance bonuses;
- Work location: Blainville.
