Groupe Leclair is looking for a dynamic and welcoming Parts Clerk to join the Subaru Ste-Agathe team.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories, both by phone and at the parts counter;
- Advise customers on parts and accessories suited to their needs;
- Supply shop technicians with the parts required for repairs;
- Enter, submit and follow up on parts orders;
- Receive and verify incoming orders;
- Stock parts and maintain an organized inventory;
- Prepare estimates for customers in collaboration with service advisors;
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using computer systems;
- Knowledge of automotive parts;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or any equivalent combination of experience.

Additional information:
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.;
- Competitive salary based on experience.
