Job description
We are looking for a Liaison Agent.
The Liaison Agent is the primary point of contact responsible for communication and coordination between customers, insurance companies, claims adjusters, suppliers and the shop team. They ensure that each file progresses smoothly, from the initial opening of the claim to vehicle delivery, while providing professional, courteous and personalized customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, the automotive or auto body repair industry, or insurance.
