Fixed Operations Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the after-sales service, parts and automotive detailing departments. This role is responsible for ensuring the profitability of these departments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish departmental objectives and monitor results;
- Optimize operations under your responsibility while maintaining high customer service standards;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty terms, policies and procedures;
- Ensure customer retention, develop strategies to attract new customers and handle customer satisfaction complaints;
- Maintain a high level of service quality;
- Maintain reporting systems required by senior management and the manufacturer;
- Hire, train, coach and motivate employees under your supervision;
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are respected.

As a member of the management team, the Fixed Operations Director will also perform any other related duties required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

- High School Diploma;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Serti and Merlin software is considered a significant asset;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong leadership, organizational and team-building skills;
- Positive attitude and passion for the automotive industry.
