Service Advisor

Schedule: Monday to Friday;
Shift: Day shift;
Salary: Up to $100,000 per year.

Description:

Groupe Leclair is looking for someone passionate about cars to fill the position of Technical Advisor on the Subaru Rive-Nord team. In this key role within the after-sales service department, you will guide customers throughout their service experience by offering a professional, personable, and pressure-free approach.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and gather information regarding their vehicle’s needs or issues;
- Clearly explain the required work, recommendations, and associated costs;
- Manage maintenance and repair appointments and follow up on the work;
- Suggest additional services based on customer needs;
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor and parts;
- Follow up on requests received by phone and email until they are resolved;
- Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate repairs and meet deadlines;
- Stay informed about products, accessories, and promotions to provide quality service.

Requirements - ideal candidate:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in the automotive industry (a significant asset);
- Versatility, interpersonal skills, and punctuality;
- Valid driver’s licence.

Notes - working conditions:

- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.;
- Base salary plus bonuses: up to $100,000 per year, including bonuses;
- Job location: Boisbriand.
