Service and Parts Advisor

Description:

We are looking for a versatile individual with a passion for the automotive industry to join our team as a Service and Parts Advisor.

In this versatile after-sales service role, you will assist customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while also providing support to the parts department. You will work closely with technicians and other team members to provide efficient, professional and personalized service.

Responsibilities – your day-to-day duties will include:

- Welcome and advise customers regarding their maintenance, repair, parts and accessory needs;
- Open and close repair orders, explain repairs and associated costs, and follow up with customers;
- Maintain clear communication between customers and technicians throughout the repair process;
- Order parts, receive and track orders, and provide technicians with the parts they need;
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements – the profile we are looking for:

- Experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a service advisor and/or parts role;
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics, parts and accessories;
- Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working conditions:

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.;
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
