Mazda Val-David is growing, and we're looking for an additional Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team.

You'll become part of a finance department made up of two Financial & Insurance Managers handling both new and pre-owned vehicle transactions, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our high volume of new and pre-owned vehicles sales. Your role

As a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I), you'll guide customers through the final step of their purchase by presenting financing solutions and protection products that best fit their needs. You'll work with both new and pre-owned vehicle customers while collaborating closely with our sales team.

Your goal is to provide a simple, transparent, and professional buying experience while contributing to the profitability of the finance department.

Your main responsibilities

- Present financing and leasing options;
- Advise customers on available protection products, including extended warranties, appearance protection, replacement insurance, and more;
- Obtain approvals from financial institutions;
- Prepare and complete financing files;
- Clearly explain contracts to customers;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Achieve department performance objectives;
- Collaborate daily with the sales team and management;
- Ensure thorough follow-up on every file through vehicle delivery.

What we're looking for

You have:

- Previous experience as an automotive Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) (a strong asset);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong attention to detail in file management;
- Outstanding customer service skills;

- The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- A strong results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent professional ethics.

- Earnings of $140,000 or more per year, based on experience and performance;
- Company demonstrator vehicle;
- Permanent full-time position;
- 40-hour work week;
- Only two evenings per week, with the dealership closing at 7:00 p.m.;
