Financial & Insurance Manager

Our large-scale car dealership is looking to meet with experienced candidates for a Financial & Insurance Manager position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers as they finalize their transactions. They will be expected to provide professional, organized, and efficient service while working closely with the sales team and various internal departments.

Here are the main responsibilities of the position:

- Meet with customers following the purchase of a vehicle;
- Present available financing, insurance, and protection options;
- Process credit applications and follow up as needed with financial institutions;
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the closing of transactions;
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and follow-up on files;
- Coordinate certain steps related to vehicle preparation and delivery;
- Maintain a high level of customer service;
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals;
- Perform all other related tasks.

- Relevant experience in auto financing;
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and financing products;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment;
