Job description

We're looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager who has mastered the art of clearly explaining financing, protection plans, and complementary products, while never losing sight of the person behind the credit application.

Your day-to-day role:

You will step in at a key stage of the vehicle purchasing process. Your mission is to reassure customers, answer their questions clearly, and finalize each file with professionalism and attention to detail.

Specifically, you will:

- Advise customers on financing options, life and disability insurance, and other automotive-related products;
- Prepare financing and leasing files in accordance with financial institution requirements;
- Obtain, analyze, and verify credit applications;
- Carefully review sales contracts to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with all requirements;
- Assist customers remotely (by phone, email, and digital tools) to provide a smooth and efficient experience.
