Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving credit applications and offering/selling financing and insurance programs, as well as extended warranties and other after-sales products, to buyers of new and used cars;
- Processing financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
- Providing customers with clear and detailed explanations of extended warranties and various products, as well as the manufacturer’s and dealership’s terms of service and policies;
- Completing forms related to vehicle sales and leases efficiently and in an organized manner;
- Register new and used cars via SAAQclic and/or follow up with the SAAQ regarding the registration of new or used vehicles as needed;
- Check with the RDPRM for any liens on vehicles purchased or traded in;
- Ensure the accuracy of the information on the sales or lease contract;
- Ensure that all fees associated with a transaction are collected;
- Work as part of a team and communicate regularly with the sales and accounting teams to ensure that the sales process and transactions run smoothly;
- Process commission statements accurately;
- Understand and comply with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing new and used car sales and financial services, and participate in ongoing training in these areas;
- Attend management meetings;
- Present yourself professionally;
- Perform other duties as needed.

Training
Training as a Financial & Insurance Manager is a plus, but experience in the field is required!
