Our client, Mont-Joli Chrysler—a well-established and rapidly growing car dealership—is looking for a New Car Sales Manager!

Here are your main responsibilities:
• Coach, manage, develop, train, and motivate the new and used car sales team and ensure the profitability of each department;
• Ensure the dealership’s profitability and efficiency;
• Manage the inventory of new and used vehicles;
• Lead weekly, monthly, and annual meetings;
• Implement customer service processes and policies;
• Perform all other related tasks.
Here is the ideal profile for success in this position:
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is required;
• Any combination of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Experience managing a high-performing sales team;
• Experience in financial management.
