As an inventory analyst within the Groupe Park Avenue business development centre, you will play a strategic role in maintaining an optimal and profitable inventory. Focused on analysis, planning, and performance, your primary objective will be to ensure efficient inventory turnover, a strong look-to-book ratio, and an average inventory age that meets established targets.

Daily responsibilities – your road to success:
- Evaluate vehicles and plan inventory organization using VAuto and Optimizer;
- Collaborate with the management team to define the strategy for lease-end and return vehicle acquisitions;
- Actively manage vehicle purchasing platforms while meeting acquisition targets and maintaining profitability;
- Organize and monitor the arrival of appraised vehicles;
- Manage the VAuto dashboard and develop purchasing strategies based on market conditions;
- Support the positioning and repositioning of inventory on online platforms;
- Present trade-in vehicle appraisals to sales managers;
- Monitor and follow up daily on appraisal and inventory data;
- Make inventory recommendations and coordinate dealer trades between dealerships;
- Build and maintain an external network for vehicle purchasing and sales;
- Communicate continuously with dealerships using the service;
- Perform any other related duties as required by the department.
Desired profile:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency with the VAuto platform;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Autonomous, proactive, creative, and curious;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-owned vehicle sales.
