Looking for a Service Advisor role with no evenings and a 4-day work week?

Go Downtown Kia is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Vancouver service team.

This opportunity comes available due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured team member, giving the right candidate the chance to step into an established desk with strong customer traffic and long-term career potential.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
  • Communicate repair progress and timelines
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction


What We're Looking For
 

  • Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and recommend repairs ethically
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and team success
  • Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.
