Looking for a Service Advisor role with no evenings and a 4-day work week?
Go Downtown Kia is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Vancouver service team.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Create and manage repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
- Communicate repair progress and timelines
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Proven ability to build trust and recommend repairs ethically
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and team success
- Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.
