Financial & Insurance Manager (4 days per week)

Mazda Val-David is looking for an experienced second Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join its new and pre-owned vehicle sales team.

We are seeking an autonomous, high-performing individual who can effectively manage both conventional financing files and special finance credit applications.

Located just 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur, our dealership offers a unique work environment: no traffic, a stunning setting in the heart of the Laurentians, and an exceptional quality of life.

Contrary to what many may believe, we enjoy excellent traffic, make significant investments in advertising, and have several growth projects already underway. We have also recently launched our vehicle delivery service throughout Quebec to support our expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Present financing, leasing, and protection product options;
- Prepare, analyze, and process conventional and special finance credit applications;
- Work with various financial institutions to obtain the best possible approvals;
- Maximize transaction profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience;
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all administrative files;
- Work closely with the sales team;
- Perform all necessary follow-ups with customers and lenders.

Profile:

- Mandatory experience in automotive financing (F&I);
- Experience with special finance and credit rebuilding files;
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent sales abilities;
- Professionalism, autonomy, and attention to detail;
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
