Job description

Ville-Marie Kia is hiring a One Touch Credit Analyst.

One sale. One experience. One person from start to finish.

Are you passionate about cars?

Can you sell an experience as well as a vehicle?

We’re looking for someone motivated, energetic, and charismatic to join our team in a hybrid Sales + F&I role using our One Touch approach.

Here, the customer deals with ONE person from the first hello all the way through to vehicle delivery.

Simple. Fast. Personal.

Your role:

Sales:

- Welcome customers like VIPs;
- Create a wow experience in-store and online;
- Find THE perfect vehicle based on their needs;
- Conduct test drives;
- Present offers and close sales;
- Build lasting relationships with customers.

F&I:

- Present financing and leasing options;
- Explain protections and warranties;
- Prepare credit applications;
- Finalize transactions;
- Support the customer through to delivery.

In short... you become THE customer’s point of contact from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

- A dynamic and confident personality;
- Someone who loves to perform AND help people;
- Experience in automotive sales or F&I (a major plus);
- An excellent sense of customer service;
- Independence, professionalism, and drive;
- A valid driver’s licence.
