Your role:

As a Financial & Insurance Manager, you will be at the heart of the customer experience by:

- Presenting financing and leasing solutions tailored to customers’ needs;
- Offering protection products and warranties that add value to every transaction;
- Working closely with financial institutions to secure the best approvals;
- Ensuring efficient and professional vehicle delivery;
- Actively contributing to the achievement of the sales department’s goals;
- Creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish of the purchasing process.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in auto financing or a similar role;
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- High level of independence and organizational skills;
- Natural interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities;
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Knowledge of DealerTrack (a plus).
