JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Financial & Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing financing applications, obtaining credit approvals, and presenting various financial products and coverage options tailored to clients’ needs.
The position requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of autonomy, and a strong ability to ensure constant and rigorous follow-up with partners and dealerships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and structure financing applications;
• Negotiate and obtain approvals from financial institutions;
• Present financial products, protections, and guarantees;
• Maximize opportunities in each file;
• Ensure prompt, thorough, and professional follow-up on files;
• Provide frequent updates to dealers and partners;
• Effectively use various internal platforms and systems;
• Keep files up to date in our Monday tracking platform;
• Collaborate effectively with sales teams, partners, and financial institutions;
• Quickly develop excellent knowledge of the various brands and products offered.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

DESIRED PROFILE:
• Bilingualism (French/English);
• Experience in auto financing, F&I, credit, or a related field (a significant asset);
• Familiarity with the automotive, RV, marine, and recreational sectors;
• Strong interest in credit, negotiation, and sales;
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with customers and dealers;
• Proficiency in written follow-ups and professional communications.
