Responsibilities - Coordinate the management of the new and used vehicle inventory by:

- Assisting managers with tracking vehicles in transit, incoming shipments, and pre-sale preparations;
- Managing the fleet of demonstration vehicles by ensuring their cleanliness, location, fuel level, mileage, etc.;
- Ensuring consistency and aesthetic appeal in the exterior presentation of used vehicles;
- Managing the rotation of vehicles in the showroom;
- Performing all other related tasks.

Responsibilities - Coordinate signage and digital platforms by:

- Monitoring inventory on web sales platforms (website, etc.);
- Coordinating the photography of vehicles to be listed online;
- Verifying the accuracy of descriptions posted on the platforms;
- Collaborating with marketing to optimize inventory marketing;
- Performing all other related tasks.

Responsibilities - Coordinate technical and administrative logistics by:

- Coordinating vehicle movements between the dealership and the storage and service center;
- Following up on vehicle registrations, out-of-state inspections, transportation, etc.;
- Supporting the Used Car Sales Manager by liaising with the service, detailing, and parts departments to prepare for new arrivals;
- Collaborating with marketing and sales managers to coordinate vehicles for special events;
- Performing all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Organizational skills, independence, and teamwork;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Valid driver’s license.
