Our Japanese-brand dealership located in the West Island is looking for a Parts Clerk!
Experience in this position is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise customers by promoting sale items and new products;
- Sell parts at the counter, over the phone, or in the repair shop;
- Hand over parts collected from the warehouse to customers and process invoices;
- Contact customers upon receipt of ordered parts;
- Stock items in inventory;
- Store parts in their proper locations;
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring all necessary documents are included;
- Perform maintenance at the workplace and ensure equipment is in good condition;
- Verify items returned for credit to customers.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Experience as a parts clerk (an asset);
- Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;
- Excellent planning and work organization skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ease and interest in working as part of a team.
